These terms define the conditions for using Nukigoe's international adult search pages.

Adult-only access and prohibited regions
This service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult-oriented material in their place of residence.
If adult content, Japanese adult works, affiliate links, AI search, or external store access is prohibited or restricted where you are located, you must not use this service.
User responsibility
Users are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, local restrictions, platform rules, store terms, age requirements, and device management.
Users must not submit personal data, third-party sensitive information, confidential information, illegal requests, or abusive automated traffic into the search form.
Search processing and external AI/API services
Search phrases and related processing data may be handled by internal systems and external AI/API providers, including OpenRouter, to generate embeddings, rankings, summaries, and result explanations.
Raw search phrases may be stored for search-demand analysis, service improvement, abuse prevention, debugging, security, audit, and aggregate reporting. The service is not intended to use raw search phrases to identify individuals, track individual behavior, or create user-specific profiles. The service is designed to avoid sending raw search phrases to GA4; derived or aggregated event parameters may be sent instead.
Data incidents and notice limitations
Because the service generally does not require names, email addresses, member IDs, or other direct contact identifiers, it may be technically or operationally difficult to identify and notify individual users if a data incident occurs.
Where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users' rights and interests, the operator may consider or use substitute measures such as site notices, public announcements, or recurrence-prevention information. This does not guarantee individual notice, compensation, deletion, response, or any specific remedy.
Affiliate disclosure and external stores
Result links may be affiliate, advertising, or commissionable links. The service may receive compensation when users visit or purchase through those links.
Purchasing, payment, refunds, account handling, delivery, download availability, regional restrictions, age checks, content responsibility, and customer support belong to the external store, including DLsite.
No guarantee of accuracy, availability, or legality
Search results, AI explanations, rankings, thumbnails, prices, availability, store metadata, and links may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended use.
Official work titles are generally displayed as provided by the source store and are not guaranteed to be translated or localized.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, legality in your jurisdiction, or non-infringement.
The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, loss-of-profit, data-loss, opportunity-loss, external-store, payment, refund, regional-restriction, or third-party-claim damages arising from use of the service.
Requests, complaints, and operational discretion
Receiving a request, complaint, deletion request, rights notice, or other communication does not mean the operator admits illegality, infringement, facts, responsibility, or any duty to respond.
The service may restrict, suspend, modify, remove, rate-limit, log, discontinue, or refuse features, pages, data access, search behavior, or support without prior notice, especially for abusive, false, unauthorized, threatening, repetitive, or bad-faith requests.
